Delivery Policy
We value every customer and do everything possible to ensure that your parcel arrives quickly, safely and in perfect condition. Below you will find detailed information about the shipping process, timing, cost and conditions.
1. Order processing
- Processing time is 1-3 business days from the date of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 17:00 or on weekends/holidays are processed on the next working day.
- In case of high demand (holidays, promotions) processing may take up to 5 working days.
2. Delivery geography
We deliver orders:
- All over the territory of Georgia
- Internationally. If your country is not available at checkout - contact us directly and we will try to find a solution.
Cost and delivery time
🚚 Within Georgia
- Courier delivery (Tbilisi, Batumi and other cities):
Term: 2-4 working days
Cost: from 5 GEL (depends on the city)
- Self-delivery
Free of charge. Address and schedule are specified after placing an order.
🌍 International delivery
- Timeframe: 7-21 business days (depending on region and postal service)
- Cost: calculated automatically at checkout or individually upon request.
- International orders may be subject to duties and taxes, which are paid by the recipient
4. Packaging and Security
- All items are packed by hand with special care.
- Candles and fragile goods are secured in a box and protected from vibration and pressure.
- For added security for international shipping, we use multi-layer packaging and “FRAGILE” labeling.
5. Tracking
- After shipment, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a tracking link.
- If you don't receive the tracking number within 3 working days - email us molserria@gmail.com and we will resend it.
6. Damage and loss
- If you have received damaged goods, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photos of the package and goods.
- We will review the request within 1-3 days and offer an exchange, refund or discount (depending on the situation).
- In case of parcel loss due to the fault of the delivery service, we are not responsible.
7. Errors in the address
- Before confirming your order, please check carefully that your delivery address is correct.
- If you have made an error in the address, please inform us as soon as possible.
- We are not responsible for lost parcels in case of incorrect or incomplete address.
